Domestic Shipping

We are not liable for any packages lost or stolen during transit.

Pre-sale items are expected to ship within 4–5 weeks.

In-stock items generally ship within 1–2 weeks; however, this timeframe is not guaranteed and may vary based on order volume.

Tracking details will be provided once your shipping label is created and your order is being prepared for shipment. Please wait 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation before contacting us for tracking updates.

Orders with incorrect addresses will be delayed until the information is corrected. Please ensure your address is accurate at checkout. If your order has not shipped within the estimated timeframe, contact us for assistance, as delays are often due to address errors.

Shipping Insurance

If you purchase shipping insurance, we will do our best to replace any packages that are lost or stolen.

If one or more items cannot be replaced, we will refund those specific items and replace any that are still available.

International Shipping

Customs, duties, and import fees are not included in payment for international shipments.

Orders shipped outside of the United States may take longer to process than our standard 1–2 week shipping timeframe.

Certain international shipments require additional details, such as a valid email address and phone number. If you are ordering from outside the U.S., please include a phone number at checkout.

Some international addresses may not verify automatically. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within two weeks, please reach out so we can help complete your order.

Refund Policy

We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen while in transit. To be eligible for a replacement in such cases, please select our shipping insurance option at checkout.

Exchanges are generally not offered since items often sell out. If an item is out of stock, it cannot be exchanged.

You are responsible for selecting the items in your cart. If an item is ordered in the wrong size, we are not responsible for exchanging it for the correct one. Please make sure all items and details are correct before finalizing your purchase.
